Where we're headed

Our Ambition: Columbus Today, Additional U.S. Markets Next

Columbus first — carefully, and then further. Top Tier operates in the Columbus market today, and over the next five years our ambition is to establish operations in additional leading U.S. markets.

We're specific about this because ambition is easy to overstate. Top Tier is a Columbus company. Every campaign we run today runs here. When we describe national growth, we're describing a plan we're working toward — not a map we've already filled in.

We won't publish future locations before they're real and approved. If you're evaluating us as a partner, you should be able to trust the smallest claims on this site as easily as the largest ones.

The plan is to earn the next market, not announce it.

Why Columbus

A market that keeps adding employers, talent, and customers deserves execution that keeps up with it.

We don't need another city's weakness to explain Columbus's strength. The case for building here is straightforward: the market is growing, the competition for attention is increasing, and the organizations that represent themselves well will hold the advantage.

Next step

Let's talk about how your brand is represented.

Whether you're an established organization or an emerging Columbus business, the conversation starts the same way: objectives, audience, and the standard we'll hold.
